Shipments and Changes to orders
Orders must be placed no later than 16:00u the day before shipment.
All orders received after 16:00u cannot be dispatched the day after, but will be packed and dispatched de 2nd day after placing the order.
Quality Check and Refund
At the time of packaging your order, if the fish shows any sign of stress or is suspect of any disease the animal will be canceled and refunded.
Cancelling or Changes to your orders
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order after 8:00AM the day your order will be dispatch from our facility. This is to ensure our customers receive their products as soon as possible.
Please be aware that our offices are closed over the weekend and will not be able to pick up calls, whatsapp or emails regarding cancellations.
