GENERAL DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

**ARTICLE 1. GENERAL**

 

1. Reeffish Center is a division of Coral & Fish B.V.

 

2. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, proposals, and agreements made by Reeffish Center.

**ARTICLE 2. OFFERS AND AGREEMENTS**

 

1. All offers and proposals are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Reeffish Center.

 

2. Offers and proposals from Reeffish Center do not automatically apply to subsequent or repeat orders.

 

3. Reeffish Center is not obligated to honor offers or proposals if the buyer should have reasonably understood that they contain an obvious mistake or typographical error.

**ARTICLE 3. PRICES AND PRICE INCREASES**

 

1. All prices, unless otherwise stated, are in euros and exclude VAT (Value Added Tax).

 

2. Reeffish Center guarantees that no price increases will occur after the agreement has been finalized.

**ARTICLE 4. PRODUCT AND LIVESTOCK DELIVERY**

 

1. Delivery occurs at Reeffish Center, Koele Mei 18, through:

 

   A) The transfer of purchased products or livestock directly from Reeffish Center to the buyer at the company premises.

  

   B) Shipment of purchased products via Reeffish Center’s transport service or UPS.

 

2. A proforma invoice will be sent in advance, and payment should be made to the designated bank account.

 

3. If products are in stock and the order is confirmed with payment received, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

 

4. The buyer must sign to confirm receipt of the products or livestock.

**ARTICLE 5. SHIPPING TERMS FOR LIVE ANIMALS**

 

1. The customer must personally sign for the receipt of live animal deliveries, even if delayed (UPS).

 

2. The live animal warranty is valid only upon arrival and applies only to shipments made between Monday and Wednesday. No warranty applies to animals larger than size L (Large).

 

3. Reeffish Center reserves the right to withhold shipping due to adverse weather conditions. If shipment is requested by the customer despite such conditions, the warranty will be void.

 

4. The customer is required to accept the package, even if there is visible damage or leakage.

 

5. If the shipment is refused for any reason, the customer remains responsible for the full invoice amount.

 

6. Delays caused by weather, technical issues (UPS), or other factors resulting in lost shipments do not fall under Reeffish Center’s warranty policy.

 

7. Reeffish Center is not liable for delays caused by external parties, including but not limited to weather, technical issues, or negligence.

**ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY TIME**

 

1. Any stated delivery time by Reeffish Center is not binding or guaranteed (typically 24-48 hours via UPS).

 

2. Deliveries via Reeffish Center’s own transport typically occur within 1-4 days.

**ARTICLE 7. WARRANTY**

 

1. Reeffish Center offers specific warranties for live animals, as outlined in Article 8.

 

2. Upon receipt, the buyer must immediately inspect the delivered goods. Any issues such as incorrect or incomplete items must be reported to Reeffish Center in writing without delay.

**ARTICLE 8. WARRANTY FOR LIVE ANIMALS**

 

1. Reeffish Center does not provide a standard warranty for live animals.

 

2. If the buyer submits a complaint within 24 hours of delivery, Reeffish Center will attempt to resolve the issue to the best of its ability.

 

3. The warranty does not apply to animals larger than size L, or if the delivery has taken more than 48 hours via UPS.

 

4. Complaints must be submitted via email to info@reeffishcenter.nl, including the buyer's full name, order number, and a clear photo of the animals in question.

 

5. The 24-hour complaint window begins upon the buyer’s actual receipt of the live animals. Reeffish Center will not process complaints related to transport delays, regardless of the mode of transport, even if the complaint is submitted within 24 hours.

ARTICLE 9. PAYMENT

 

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in advance via Mollie, iDeal, bank transfer, or in cash at the time of delivery if Reeffish Center handles the delivery directly.

  2. Payment in installments is not available.

**ARTICLE 14. COMPLAINTS**

 

1. For any questions or complaints, the buyer can contact Reeffish Center at +31 (0)765713976, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

 

2. Complaints are generally addressed within 4 days. If a longer processing time is needed, the buyer will be informed.
